When you get a message asking you to confirm gmail forwarding, confirm it (note: ehccools@gmail.com, actually emcrit)

You will be notified each time someone submits a hypothermia form

Fill out a FDNY hypothermia form

Put them in my mailbox, batching is fine

Track Pt outcomes by quadramed

Fill outcomes in the database

Periodically, FDNY will send us missing cases–track these down

Bug people who don’t fill out forms for EVERY ARREST

 

Severe Sepsis (Demla)

Demla-Review all severe sepsis cases, Work with Dr. Parekh to track and improve cases

Airway

Nelson-review all intubations, with particular interest in cases that used awake intubation, DSI, anesthesia consults, or failed/diificult airway devices
