20 or 40 mg IV push over 3 minutes

compatible c D5w, NS or LR

reconsititute c 5cc for IV push

or then mix with 50 cc of ay of above fluids and infuse over 10 minutes

80 mg IV bolus then 8 mg/cc for active GI Bleeds

Put 80 mg in 50 cc NS or d5W, run over 10 minutes

then put 80 mg in 100 cc NS or d5W and run at 10 cc/hr
